Claims
All claims regarding ScienceBased Health formulations contained
within this site, and the efficacy of ingredients, have not been
evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. ScienceBased Health
formulations are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent
any disease.
ScienceBased
Health assumes no responsibility for claims regarding the efficacy,
warranty, or safety of any product or service offered by a ScienceBased

Cancellation of Orders
Web orders
may only be cancelled if the product has not already been shipped.

Return
Policy for Retail Customers
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If
you are not completely satisfied with your ScienceBased Health
product, you may request a refund by following the procedures
below within 30 days of purchase. Shipping errors, shortages or
damaged product must also be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- To return a product, the product must
have been purchased directly from ScienceBased Health. Returns
of products purchased from a doctor or other sources must be
handled by the individual or organization from which the product
was purchased.
- Contact ScienceBased Health by calling 1.888.433.4726 to
obtain approval for your return. You will be assigned a Returned
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The Customer Service Representative will provide you the
correct procedures and location to return the product. The product
must be shipped within 30 days of purchase with the RMA number
included in the package.
- Product returned to ScienceBased Health after 30 days of
purchase and/or without a RMA number will not qualify for a
refund (first time HydroEye users have 60 days from date of
first purchase).
- Processing of refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt
of returned product.
International
Orders
Importation
of certain products is prohibited by some countries. The customer
takes possession of the merchandise at the time of purchase and
thereafter is responsible for following the laws and import rules
of the country where the product is being shipped. The customer
is also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, duties, or other fees
imposed by US or international customs. ScienceBased Health will
not refund the cost of shipping for any products that are impounded,
delayed by customs, or returned without being delivered.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST will
be shipped the next business day. An additional charge is required
for Saturday Delivery. ScienceBased Health will not refund the
cost of shipping for shipments which are returned undelivered.
ScienceBased Health may not refund the shipping cost for products
which are lost, damaged, or stolen in shipping.
