Calcium needs vary throughout life. The 1994 NIH expert panel recommends that women aged 25-50 consume 1,000 mg daily, and for women 50-65 years of age the recommendation is 1,500 mg daily. For men, 1,000 mg daily is recommended between the ages of 25-65. For both men and women over 65, the recommended daily intake is 1,500 mg.

Suggested Use: take a total of up to 4 capsules daily with meals.

Note: for pregnant or lactating women and those with medical conditions, ask your health care professional. Contains vitamin K, which can interfere with the anticoagulant medication Coumadin. If you take an anticoagulant drug, consult your physician before using this product.
